Jan-Ai Scholarship - 2009 info below

We are pleased to announce that Jan-Ai Scholarship Fund will be offering a scholarship to the 2009 Getaway!

The Jan-Ai Scholarship Fund commemorates the life and untimely death of young writer, poet, and photographer, Jennifer Cakert (1980 - 2006).

One full scholarship for tuition and 3 nights in a shared room at the Winter Poetry & Prose Getaway with breakfast and lunch will be awarded to a young poet, writer, songwriter/musician, photographer or artist who lives in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania. The recipient must be between the ages of 18 - 30 as of January 16, 2009.
